Recently, European countries promote widespread means of transport. In this sense, capital of the United Kingdom made a serious step in terms of two-wheeled transport. By 2020, approximately 1.5 million Londoners will go to work by bike. Because of this, local authorities have a new concern - to provide the masses of cyclists the opportunity to travel as convenient. Help came in the architecture studio "Exterior Architecture" project or - some tunnels above the ground.
The project was called Sky Cycles and provides construction of bicycle tracks with 4 lanes wide. But the project presented Mayor of London, the tracks are not covered because it significantly increases the cost of construction. On the other hand, is much cheaper than building another level of highways.
Is supposed to run on this trail, cyclists will have to pay 1 pound each.
